WE BUY privately held notes (usually but not always) secured by real estate anywhere in the country. If you are not a client of our firm, are receiving payments and need cash, we can talk with you.

In these activities, although we are licensed brokers with the California Dept. of Real Estate, we are acting as principals, buying for our own account. WE DO NOT MAKE LOANS and we are not agents for note sellers unless they have employed us (in writing) to represent them in converting payments they are receiving to cash.
